Below are some pictures of a recent Custom Batch Oven

Below is a custom made conveyor oven, delivered to Dei-Tec Corporation in Columbia, SC. This oven will be used in a production process for re-cycleable oil filters. It has PLC controls, electric heat, vertical doors and stainless steel interior. Temperatures up to 450 degrees F.

 

 
Below are photos of various ovens that we have recently completed and shipped to clients throughout the world.



Above is a multi-purpose electric conveyor oven for non-woven filter medium. The product is 30 inches wide and the oven itself is 20 feet long. Polished stainless steel was used for the inside. This particular oven is 60 kW and 480 Volt.




Above is a heat chamber to replace an existing radiant oven. Convection heating proved better production, more efficient with much better temperature control. A gas fired Maxon burner was used.
